YOUR TASKS

Our people operations team is looking for a people operations manager or HR generalist with experience in operational HR work. In this role, you will support our employees with a great deal of commitment and sensitivity in all personnel-related issues, in line with our common People & Culture team goal „Our purpose is to foster one culture, that empowers our people to unleash their potential.“ The following activities are your area of ​​responsibility:

  • You are the direct contact for our employees and work closely with our HR Business Partner team
  • You will take on personnel-related administrative tasks such as B. the creation of employment contracts, applications for parental leave, certificates and other certificates – Personio and the Haufe certificate manager are available to you for this
  • You welcome new employees, accompany and support our onboarding days and thus ensure an extraordinary employee experience
  • You are responsible for the successful completion of the visa processes of our international employees and support their relocation
  • You work on a project basis with a view to an optimal process for changes in order to optimize processes

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed commercial training (preferably with a focus on human resources or a similar qualification)
  • You have already gained relevant experience in an HR Operations function or in a comparable role, preferably in a multinational and agile company
  • You have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of employment law, general HR management, as well as relocation and visas
  • You have a passion for everything that has to do with operational HR work and have a strong understanding of service
  • You are open-minded, committed and resilient, absolute discretion and loyalty are a matter of course for you
  • When it comes to diligence and attention to detail, nobody can fool you – you don’t miss anything thanks to your structured and reliable way of working
  • Your strong organizational talent allows you to always keep track of things
  • You love to approach topics independently and on your own responsibility and also appreciate working together in a team
  • Confident handling of the common MS Office programs as well as fluent German and good knowledge of English round off your profile
