YOUR ROLE

  • The role is a key functional role supporting the Metals SBU and leadership team and will report directly to the Corporate Vice President of the Metals Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
  • This is a perfect landing position for anyone who has the ambition to understand and subsequently move into customer facing and strategic roles
    Manage, support, or execute strategic projects, change projects, and transformational initiatives, including M&A activities
  • Develop and ensure the roll-out of guidance and excellence for change activities (e.g., resource allocation, organizational/operating model design)
  • Drive process for global strategic resource allocation and organizational design
  • Advance consistency and efficiency for processes and organization
  • Prepare reports, presentations, analyses for decision making in the SBU Leadership Team or for presentations outside the SBU
  • Manage and support the annual wheel of Leadership Team meetings, Monthly Performance Calls, review meetings, and annual plan for Leadership communication in the SBU
  • Facilitate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow up on action and general topics for the Metals SBU Leadership Team, global townhalls, top management calls

YOUR SKILLS

  • Excellent degree with focus on Business Administration, Strategy or another relevant field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B, preferably at least 2 years in a strategy consultancy or in the strategy department of a corporation,
  • International experience is advantageous
  • Proven track record in execution of strategic projects, effectively managing simultaneous workstreams and a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong sense of drive, business ownership, entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset combined with strategic thinking
  • Highly motivated and proactive team player with a drive to innovate, implement improvements and achieve change in the global organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
