TikTok For Business‘ European B2B Marketing Team is looking for an Experiential Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver industry-leading client experiences and events across the region. Reporting to the Experiential Lead in London, the successful candidate will be excited to join a European hub which manages and delivers all EU-wide events and customer experiences, both industry and proprietary. The team works closely with local markets, marketing communications and industry relations teams to drive event marketing touch-points that drive new business and strengthen relationships with clients. This role has a particular focus on the marketing of our experiences, in addition to working on regional EU-wide events and experiences. The successful candidate would be part of a team that is continuing to set foundations in client engagement at TikTok, with a number of exciting new programme launches this year, and an important focus on IRL experiences as we come back to in-person events.

Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

The Experiences Marketing Manager’s primary role will be to implement and deliver client engagement programmes across the EU, both industry-led and proprietary-owned, with focus on marketing of the events, supporting the Experiences and Events Lead within the team in running EU-wide projects. Key responsibilities include: – Manage EU-wide seasonal moment engagement opportunities and campaigns

– Support wider team on tentpole regional events, identifying and executing client engagement opportunities

– Collaborate on processes and resource efficiencies in the Experiences team

– Manage event projects end to end, from creating the event brief, to finance/legal/procurement enablement and administration

– Partner closely with the marketing communications team to ensure the communications are aligned with awareness campaigns

– Manage internal communications with stakeholders (sales) to drive internal engagement and adoption

– Manage external communication plans with customers to drive awareness and action, focusing on marketing copywriting

– Manage our comms platform to promote the event

– Measure and analysis success metrics, sharing results with stakeholders and partners

– Passion for TikTok that shines through

– Strong organisation skills, proven project

-managing and tracking experience

– Detail-orientated, elevating our brand through creating premium experiences

– Demonstrate strong experience and results in event management

– Excellent English speaker, with Italian or Dutch language skills a bonus

– Creative thinker and passionate in delivering engaging experiences across a variety of channels
