Thoughtworks Finance offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow your technical and international business skills. We went public in September 2021 and are in the process of building systems to keep us compliant in our new environment, while continuing to grow at a very rapid pace. We have a very decentralized organization, which will bring you in regular contact with colleagues from India, China, other European countries, and the Americas.

If you are the kind of person who would enjoy a traditional role in a non-traditional company, we might be right for you.
