About the opportunity
We are looking for UX Coordinator to join N26’s UX Team.
In this role, you will be part of our UX Core function, whose mission is to amplify the value and impact of N26’s UX Team. UX Coordinator will help identify and resolve existing and potential operational overheads. Simply put, UX Coordinator will help craft the best possible experience for the UX Team, so they can focus on crafting the best possible experience for the users. You will report to our UX Core Lead.

N26’s UX Team is part of the larger Product & UX organization. We are a multidisciplinary team of 40+ talented individuals (known as “UXers”), who practice Product Design, User Research, UX Writing and Design Operations. Most of our UXers are distributed across various cross-functional teams, looking after different product verticals.
UX Core is a centralized function within our UX Team that establishes the foundation for all UX work to happen. UX Core is responsible for UX Operations and Design System, while also serving as incubator for new disciplines, such as Content Design.
UXers within UX Core work on strategic initiatives that directly contribute to our Product, Tech, and UX (known internally as “PTX”) OKRs, without shying away from hands-on work when needed. Simply put, UX Core provides the time, space, and tools to boost creativity, innovation, and efficiency for the larger team and organization.
This is you
The UX Coordinator that we’re looking for ideally has the following traits:
Prior experience of working with stakeholders from UX, Creative, or Product teams.
Proven ability to remain organized and comfortable while working on multiple projects with various scopes, life cycles, and stakeholders.
Familiarity with common UX practices, coupled with understanding of user-centric and data-informed approaches.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness and enthusiasm to grow personally and professionally.
Proactive and positive attitude, especially when working through uncertainties and new challenges.
As UX Coordinator at N26, you will…
…collaborate closely with UX Operations Lead and the UX Team leadership on the following areas:
Infrastructure Management: ensuring the availability of tools that the team needs to do their jobs through software procurement and access management.
Process Improvement: streamlining workflow that supports cross-functional collaboration through capacity planning and operational enablement.
Community Engagement: fostering an engaging and inclusive working environment to help drive team’s engagement and satisfaction by organizing team routines and health checks.
Knowledge Distribution: making sure that all team members have relevant and timely information to do their jobs effectively by managing documentation and communication circulations.
