About the opportunity
The Mail Distribution & Contact Center Team belongs to the Banking Operations division in N26. This team recently implemented the Digital Mailroom to support all receivers of physical mails and continues to build the most efficient internal distribution flow for digital and paper based non-customer inquiries.

That is why we are seeking a smart Banking Operations Working Student to join our team. You will support the team lead on different projects and the team in moments of peaks. Also you will get a great insight in one of Germany’s most challenging FinTechs while supporting almost every team in the company.

IMPORTANT: We need a student to start as soon as possible.

In this role, you will:
Support the team lead on projects, including but not limited to automisations, improvements, reporting and documentation
Ensure that all other N26 departments receive incoming letters in a safe and timely manner following our processes and service levels
Distribute mail cases and faxes to the appropriate departments
Recognise & implement process or organizational improvements

What you need to be successful:
You are currently enrolled in University/Business School and are studying for your Bachelors or Masters in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance or in a comparable degree course
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the financial services industry (Bank, FinTech, etc)
Experience with CRM Systems is a plus, same as experience in project management


You have excellent German and English language skills


You are available to work for at least 6 months, ideally 1 year, as a part-time student (20h/week)
You are analytical, enjoy structuring abstract problems into actionable recommendations
You understand the N26 business model and want to make a difference!
