About the opportunity
N26 is seeking a passionate Social Engagement Intern to assist with all aspects of social media management.
In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to support the build and scale of this area. You’ll combine your hunger and social media knowledge to support developing a strong social media presence that is critical to our business growth.

In this role, you will:
Support the Global Social Media team
Post publishing and content creation across all N26 social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram and upcoming new channels.
Social listening: monitoring all channels to inform content recommendations and community-building efforts, including but not limited to identifying conversation trends and engagement opportunities on every platform.
Support the Senior Social Engagement Specialist
Community management in keeping with our brand guidelines
Support the Senior Social Engagement Specialist online and offline community activations and events
What You Will Bring Along:
Exposure to social media for a consumer or lifestyle brand, banking, fintech or technology startup, or other related industry.
Familiarity with the social media landscape and channel management
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in project management.
Problem solving skills and ability to work with a high level of ambiguity and fast paced environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including understanding of tone of voice.
A keen sense of judgement and flexibility to manage competing or shifting priorities.
Exposure to paid social media, targeting and strategy is a plus.
Drive, creativity, open and a sense of humour!
