In this role, you will:
Support the Global Social Media Team in their daily tasks and activities.
Partner with the Senior Social Media Specialist to gather data and report on the performance of our social campaigns and social media channels.
Support the Senior Social Media Specialist on operational tool capability internally and externally, including onboarding of social media tools and internal processes to ensure compliance.
Support the execution and tracking of Global social media strategy across all markets.
Assist on planning social content calendars across all N26 social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
Think strategically and creatively on how best to utilise our social media channels based on market and competitor research. Be active in social listening and monitoring across channels and make clear recommendations to help maximize our content and community-building efforts.
What you need to be successful:
Exposure to social media for a consumer or lifestyle brand, banking, fintech or technology startup, or other related industry.
You know how to handle platforms natively or through management tools (such as Khoros), and have experience with reporting.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in project management.
Problem solving skills and ability to work with a high level of ambiguity and fast paced environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including understanding of tone of voice.
A keen sense of judgement and flexibility to manage competing or shifting priorities.
Exposure to paid social media, targeting and strategy is a plus.
