About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member to support the German Complaint Management & Prevention (CMP) department in Germany (ideally Berlin)

You will have the unique opportunity to make an impact at N26 by working with stakeholders across multiple functions.

In this role, you will:
Work mainly on German authority and lawyer complaints
Help to identify the complaint root-causes and define possible solutions
Assist and participate in mitigation projects (complaint prevention)
Take over own small initiatives for improvement of processes
Face a great variety of different topics and no monotonous work
Witness a very good team spirit and cooperation
Develop more bank-specific expertise esp. about compliance related topics
Work on all processes in your area with a substantial degree of autonomy, and be a PoC if any issues arise
Detect inefficiencies in the team’s workflows proactively and propose efficient solutions

What you need to be successful:
You speak German (native), and fluent English, knowledge of French/Spanish/Italian is a plus
Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g. business or law studies) is desirable
Relevant work experience in a Compliance, Legal or Regulatory position
Good knowledge of our CRM system (Salesforce) and experience with process management tools like Jira and Confluence
You use your time effectively, can prioritise appropriately and meet deadlines
You are committed and eager to learn and want to drive the improvement and optimisation of our processes
You enjoy working in a highly motivated team, but also have a high degree of autonomy
