The mobile bank. The bank the world loves to use.
The Finance & Strategy team is going through a very exciting period, as we are building out the Group Finance functions unit and all the group processes, to enable the transition of N26 from a European scale-up to a globally operating, digital challenger bank, with the ambition to go public in the mid-term.
In the FP&A and Finance Business Partnering (FBP) team we partner with all executives and the founding team, putting specific focus on major areas like Products, Growth, Marketing and Operations to ensure best in class financial support across N26. Our team plays a key role in planning, tracking and supporting the execution of financial targets, as well as continuously uncovering and discussing new improvement opportunities that create a positive impact in our business. As we continue to grow as a team, we are looking for a Manager FP&A Transformation | Financial Controlling, who will join our ambition to build a best-in-class FP&A team in the FinTech space.

Support with the technical validation of our P/L, in partnership with Accounting; eliminate systematic errors and drive continuous improvements
Work on self-service reporting tools, support your internal stakeholders in Finance with the development of insightful, ideally automated, management reporting packages
What you will bring along
Couple of years of professional experience, ideally in Financial Services, in (Fin)Tech, or a highly innovative bluechip industry
Strong interest in financial systems, and how they can be leveraged to drive automation and centralization of repetitive tasks

A Bachelor degree in a relevant field, ideally complemented by a postgraduate qualification
Very structured approach, prior experience leading small projects across multiple stakeholders
