The Finance & Strategy team is going through a very exciting period, as we are building out the Group Finance functions unit and all the group processes, to enable the transition of N26 from a European scale-up to a globally operating, digital challenger bank, with the ambition to go public in the mid-term.

In the FP&A and Finance Business Partnering (FBP) team we partner with all executives and our 2 founders, putting specific focus on major areas like Products, Growth, Marketing and Operations to ensure best in class financial support across N26. Our team plays a key role in planning, tracking and supporting the execution of financial targets, as well as continuously uncovering and discussing new improvement opportunities that create a positive impact in our business. As we continue to grow as a team, we are looking for a Adaptive Planning FP&A Administrator, who will join our ambition to build a best-in-class FP&A team in the FinTech space.

All about you
This role will be responsible for full maintenance of the implemented models and roll-out of fully new enhancements in Adaptive Planning, maximising its functionalities. This role will give an opportunity to fully transition FP&A processes into Adaptive Planning including monthly Budget vs Actuals review process and forecast activities. As Adaptive Planning FP&A Administrator you will leverage tool capabilities to lift our current and upcoming processes, supporting critical business strategies and decision making. In addition, you will partner with Finance business partners and respective teams to understand the business needs and develop tools and reports strengthening the FP&A processes.You will play the key role in improving the planning process workflows in Adaptive to meet the evolving needs of a fast growing organisation.

Once here you will
Lead the transition of Budget vs Actuals review and forecasting processes into Adaptive Planning
Leverage application capabilities to lift current FP&A processes incl. scenario planning, forecast modelling and reporting
Partner with FP&A and Business partnering team in designing new tools, processes and reporting to better address business need and support decision making
Work together with administrators of Workday and IT teams on data integration sourced from Workday and Datawarehouse
Develop and implement policies, procedures and documentation to ensure data integrity and standardised end user processes in line with company standards and audit requirements
Lead internal trainings to end users and information sharing activities with key stakeholders
Work together with external AMS providers on fixing issues and further developing the system
Plan and coordinate Workday release reviews and work on adoption plans
What you will bring along
3+ years of experience with ERP platforms
Workday Adaptive qualification (or similar tools, like e.g. Anaplan)
Experience in implementation of tools and broad scale processes in Adaptive Planning/ cloud-based planning solutions
Experience in FP&A or Business Partnering is beneficial
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or relevant field
Excellent data analysis skills, Excel and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Builds relationships across levels and functions, understands needs of business teams and supports for new initiatives
