For our 5-person HR team in Berlin, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (d/f/m) with enthusiasm for our re-commerce business and a passion for selecting new momoxians.

Your mission:

  • You are responsible for filling positions in Berlin in the areas of IT, Marketing and Finance with an end-to-end recruiting process
  • With your experience and by analyzing the KPI’s you choose the appropriate recruiting strategy for your positions and decide on the suitable channels
  • You work closely with the teams and therefore know our target groups – especially software developers. Based on this knowledge you use successfully active sourcing
  • You coordinate momox-wide campaigns together with the recruiting teams of the other locations
  • You plan HR projects, such as recruiting fairs, MeetUps, workshops and events

Your profile:

  • We want to grow with you – inspire us with your will to work hands-on and to change things – according to the motto „nothing is impossible“
  • You have already professional experience as a recruiter or a similar position, ideally in hiring tech profiles
  • You represent momox with your open, authentic manner and thus offer applicants the best possible candidate experience
  • You convince with empathy and assertiveness in the right situations, which makes you a sparring partner for the hiring managers
  • Working on your own initiative is just as important to you as having a great deal of creative freedom in order to make the best possible use of your know-how
  • Due to your great interest in recruiting trends and new tools, you are significantly involved in the design and optimization of our recruiting strategy and employer branding
  • You are fluent in English and German, as our internal communication is bilingual
