About your team

GPIA Operations supports profitable business growth by continuously improving operational processes and the overarching operating model. We’re aiming to deliver an outstanding customer experience and collaborative working. Dealing is one of the core capabilities GPIA Operations is processing for our clients. Our team receives dealing instructions from different channels and increases our efforts for straight through processing. Still dealing constructions need to be processed (partially) manually. The Dealing team provides this services, but also improving the automation of dealing journeys, including the respective payments.

About your role

You’ll help our more than 600k clients manage their investments and save for the futures they want. As part of your journey, you’ll learn and grow every day – gaining the skills and knowledge you need to:

  • process dealing and respective payment instructions from clients
  • process and analyze of Not-In-Good-Order working items
  • process quality controls, customer communication
  • collaborate with Client Services
  • document processes by identification of process improvements from an initiation and testing perspective as well as ongoing tests like year end fees
  • pprocess statistics and reports for the group

About you

  • have process and continuous process improvement knowledge – ideally finance-related
  • have a high level of quality assurance and risk awareness
  • native or close native of German
  • have basic English knowledge
