In order to strengthen our Austrian Sales Team, we are currently recruiting for a

Sales Representative – Rare Diseases
to be located in West Austria.

 

Main responsibilities and accountabilities:

 

  • Generate, adapt and fulfill regional sales plan
  • Regular interim-analysis of sales date & discussion further strategy in line with overall strategy with sales management, territory manager
  • Frequent and independent Customer contact/-services of all franchises in territory
  • Use the right portfolio of supportive promotional activities to reach agreed sales goals and enlarge sales potentials
  • Responsible for reasonable use and control of yearly individual Ad&Pro budget
  • Consistent documentation of customer contacts via VEEVA
  • Responsible to keep customer data up to date within VEEVA, review targeting
  • Where applicable and in agreement with sales management: participation in important national & international congresses and national/regional training events
  • Austrian Medical Device Act (MPG) “Medizinprodukteberater”
  • Information and advisory service for the health care professionals regarding the correct usage of medical devices (APPs)
  • Recording and reporting of customers feedback in written form

Qualification profile:

Education:

  • University Degree in Medicine or Scientific Degree and Medical Representative Certification („Pharmareferentenprüfung“)
  • Natural Sciences Background and deep product knowledge (internal training)
  • Economical understanding
  • German (C1 level)

Experience:

  • Experience in Sales as well as Presentation training
  • Time- and Relationship Management
  • English (capability to understand literature)
  • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Key Account Management would be an asset

Travel Requirements:

  • Participation at national and international congresses also over the weekend to present the company on the booth
  • Traveling within the territory

 

The gross yearly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 60,000 (excluding bonus) based on a full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
