Head of Site Communications

For our Global Communication Team we are looking for a

Head of Site Communications (f/m/d)

(fulltime/ unlimited/location Marburg)

This individual is the Head of Site Communications for CSL’s Marburg manufacturing site and is responsible for overseeing all local communications as well as the pull-through of corporate communications to local colleagues.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Managing Corporate Affairs and Communications for the site to support business objectives
• Collaborates with business leaders, including the Site Head and Site Leadership Team, on development and implementation of external, digital and internal communications strategies and tactics
• Oversees a wide range of areas, including media relations, brand management, community engagement, digital and internal communications. Change communications experience is also desirable
• Manages corporate messaging and ensures communications are aligned with the company’s global brand positioning
• Develops and executes internal and external communications to ensure understanding, engagement and Company reputation
• May also be responsible for strategic communications and special events
• In addition, the individual in this role also provides support for the Global Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, providing support for a variety of communications

Functional Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or closely related field
• 7+ years of experience in communications, ideally in a corporate setting
• Excellent writing, editing and creative skills with a knack for storytelling
• Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable
