What we can offer you! – Your Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and agile mind as Senior Solutions Engineers to join our high-performing atma.io team in Europe.
On a daily basis in this hybrid commercial and technical role, you will provide pre-sales support and consulting for our rapidly-growing customer base from initial conceptualizing to integrating our atma.io product into our customers’ systems.
Working together with our sales, market development, customer success, and product development teams, you will kickstart the technical conversations and relationships with our customers / prospects to identify, design, and communicate solutions to meet their business needs.
While defining solution blueprints (functional scope, system architecture, ways of data exchange) together with our customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring technical and commercial feasibility and viability of the designed solution, you will build joint customer strategies with our market development managers to encourage platform adoption.
Next to providing detailed technical walkthrough and demonstrations of our atma.io products, answering atma.io products as well as technical questions, and helping customers and prospects to take full advantage of the atma.io platform offerings, you will establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers, visiting customers on-site and serving as our customers’ technical pre-sales point of contact.
What we expect from you! – Your Expertise:
- Previous (international) work experience (5+ years) in sales / solutions engineering, technical consulting, or System integration project management
- Technical & commercial customer-facing experience with knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ideally within Software, SaaS, and/or Cloud services
- Ability to quickly solve technical and business-related challenges as well as to relate technical concepts to customers of all technical backgrounds
- Strong communication skills in English, and ideally in German
- Willingness to travel (10-20%)
